EEA2 - Change of circumstances (Different Route)

Hi, All ! A Basic... I'm the EEA. My hubby applied for EEA2 RC as "me as Self Employed". We received the COA and it's under consideration. Now I'm no longer a Self Employed, but I got a permanent job. What I supposed to do ? Should I fill the page of the EEA2 form for EEA under employment ...

Re: Help ! The NIN of my husband has been denied - using Cod

Just for a better clarification: a COA will always be issued with right of work if we can proof that we are really married and later it could be refused or approved ? It should. yes Unless you do not enclose your ID/Passport with the application along the marriage certificate. It's pretty easy for ...

whether he will succeed or refused is irrelevant now.it will solve your issue. Just for a better clarification: a COA will always be issued with right of work if we can proof that we are really married and later it could be refused or approved ? Let me give you a scneario... 1- We apply as EEA2 for...

Re: Help ! The NIN of my husband has been denied - using Cod

Ok, I was wondering with myself...It's something I could not found in this Board. I've 2 plans: Plan#1: Self Employed Route 1- Register myself (on the next business day) as self-employed 2- Pay some contributions (on the very same day too) 3- Don't' send: Bank statements (Specially because I don't h...

Re: Help ! The NIN of my husband has been denied - using Cod

it's a bit confusing here! 1- a company owner does not need a NIN to employee you or any one. NIN is for a person and not a company. he can employee you and the company pays your wages. if this is the case, then his company has no Employees at all. 2- if he is Croatian, he does not need your suppor...

That's the point :( My husband need the NINO to apply for EEA2. Let me try to explain. He own a company in UK. He need to hire me and generate at least a payslip to send to gov. Help ! The NIN of my husband has been denied - using Code 1A

Basically they refused and said that he don't have the right to work here :( I'm really crying at this moment. Specially because it's not fair. He really can work here. When he made the application on JC, the woman that's books the interview said to him to bring my EEA passport with him. He did, but...

I need to extend Code 1a of my Husband to apply for EEA2

For some reasons that I've no clue, the Code 1a of my husband just give him 3 months in UK. In this timely fashion he need to apply for a RC. 3 months is a very small slice of time and we need more time to do it. The JC is taking about 2 months to issue a NIN and my wife can't get Payslip yet. So we...

EEA2 - Does the EEA need or not to have a NIN after all ?

It's really tricky. The form itself say to EEA to inform the NIN "IF HE/SHE HAVE ONE" - So we intend it's optional. Also we was together on Job Centre to request our NIN and the associate said: YOU DON'T NEED A NIN TO START TO WORK FOR THE 1STESTS 6 MONTHS - YOU WILL RECEIVE TODAY FROM US ...

Re: EEA2 - Is my documents enough to apply as jobseker ?

The norm was six months , if satisfactory evidence was produced. However, While NON-VISA nationals receive a 6 months code 1A stamp at the border, VISA NATIONALS receive a TWO MONTH, CODE 1 stamp at the border. Border Agency officials will refuse to place a SIX MONTH stamp in a VISA NATIONAL’S pass...

Code 1A - 3 months ???

Today I get a ferry to Calais and back to UK and requested the code 1a to my husband. Ok, we got it. but...3 months ? That's the surprise. I'm hungarian and my husband is Brazilian. I though that 3 months was made for national visa countries. And I cannot find in Google any document about it. Anybod...

Re: Where to apply for EEA Family Permit

Although the HO likes to create the impression that a visa is needed, legally it is not. Get on a plane (being Australian there is no need for a visa) and when you land, she should enter as a wife as a EEA national (not as a tourist). You just need to show your passports and a marriage certificate....

Re: EEA2 - Is my documents enough to apply as jobseker ?

Again, if the purpose is for employment, I suggest your husband starts the job search, it can take several months and if you find employment first, Well, in fact my husband had 2 proposals already. It's pretty easy to him to find a job (He is a IT Professional) - Different then me - I could really ...

Re: Apply for EEA2 with less then 1 week in UK

To answer your question, a person can apply for a residence card immediately. For it to be successful, their EU partner would need to be exercising treaty rights - worker, student, self-sufficient - a worker would include job-seeker, but one would be expected to have a realistic chance of obtaining...

Re: EEA2 - Is my documents enough to apply as jobseker ?

Why did he enter as a tourist? Did he state that he is a family member of EEA national? He should have entered as such. Code 1A stamp still exist and is actually listed in the document you referred to on page 38. I still don't understand what the rush to get the EEA2 for your husband. Is that to sh...

Re: Apply for EEA2 with less then 1 week in UK

Hi - does it specifically say that Stamp 1A/EEA FP is not enough to work? I doubt this is the case. Anyone else know about this? No, the links above say very clear what exactly is necessary to allow ANYONE and it's includes Britishs , EEAs and Family Member. And there is no such thing about EEA FP ...

Re: EEA2 Rejected under "jobseeker" route. Asked to leave. H

That's interesting... Yesterday I decided to go to Job Centre plus, but sounds like the laws has been changed. I'm a new expat, hence I cannot register myself as Jobseeker because this will result in receive funds for the government. You just can apply as Jobseeker if you are 3 months with no employ...

EEA2 - Is my documents enough to apply as jobseker ?

I read here and others places that's hard to be approved as jobseeker. I'm goint to UK tomorrow with my hubby and our daughter. I'm a EEA citizen just like my daughter and my hubby is from USA. We are IT professionals and all of had interview scheduled for the next week - And we have e-mail that's p...
