Sorry to hear that your ILR was refused. I went for Tier 1 extension and got for three years. I will apply for ILR when my 24 months condition will not be effecting my application.

I was thinking to apply for ILR by post because current processing time for postal application is around four months. I am thinking by the time my application will be decided my 24month period will also lapsed....

Dear Members/Moderators, I had simple caution on 28/11/12 due to some arguments with my wife. My ILR is due on 20/8/2014. My current leave also going to expire on 30/6/2014.
