EXACTLY.! Thats what i read as well. So i think the transational period is still valid but changed. Instead of counting PBS time period, dependents have to complete 2 years for ILR (only those befire July 2012).! All otgers 5 rs.! This rule is going to abolish on 6 April 2014 .so any dependent of long residence who apply for flr m spouse visa after this date will not be able to use this transition rule ( which is no income threshold + 2 year residential req) .now when they apply as dependent of long residence they have to sh...

Thnx a lot Rockefeller That is quite comprehensive explanation and it does answer my questions. (Specially PAGE 8 of 26) which states as follows:- "Leave is extended automatically under sections 3C(2)(b) and 3D(2)(a) during the 10 day appeal period whether or not the person does in fact appeal....

That was quite detailed.

So it means that the judge in my case did not refuse the appeal on out of time application, instead it was refused on merit. So i should be within 3D at that particular time and after that.?
