Contact ukvi and check whether you can provide the missing documents, you still have got time since Eco will look into application only by 5th or 6th week from date of application. Hi There,

I applied without a call history. My application wasn't decided yet but my solicitor told me it was ok. I also sent marriage certificate, wedding cards, pictures of wedding, wedding party and other occasions together with friends and family.

On their website it doesn't say anything about settlement applications, only non-settlement.

My Spouse has a Permanent Residence in Belgium That's why we are applying from there rather then going all the way to Brazil.

When I applied for PR I used all the help from this forum, it was REALLY helpful, always has been. But, now the application is a bit more strict under UK rules.
