Re: Any Benefits available for PR Holder??

What I meant is, she is separating but not yet divorced officially. So it means she applies as single, right?
I guess she works more than 16 hours a week.

She is not yet divorced, if she applies for Working Tax credit, does she have to do it as a married person, or can she do it as single?

Re: Can an overstayer get an unmarried person visa in uk??

Yes, Someone told us about that, it happened to a friend's friend's wedding. They have a genuine relationship of 3 years that they can prove it's completely genuine, what happens if UKBA turns out at the wedding then?

Thanks again for your help!!

Re: Can an overstayer get an unmarried person visa in uk??

She had an appointment with a nurse I think when she registered long time ago, but not treatment. ( I don't know what can be considered a treatment?)

Will they know she overstayed if she doesn't have a stamp on the passport?

The sponsor can show more than the income required, the fiance hasn't worked on false documents or used the NHS. She has registered with a GP though, does it complicate the process??

If she doesn't get a stamp on the passport when she leaver uk, will they know she overstayed??

Re: when can i apply to eea4 from eea2

If you got married in 2012 then you can apply in 2017.
You don't need life in the Uk and English test for EEA4, unless things change by 2017, but now you don't, only for naturalisation you will need.
