Re: EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

Yeah you are right, I agree with you, I just didn't know there was actually a customer service line we could call, as on my past applications I was always advised not to call them. But as there is one, you are totally right to do so. I only asked if it was difficult to talk to them, as I saw today o...

Re: Applying for BC under 6 years route - Advice needed

If your PR fails, it is highly likely that your naturalisation will fail also. You should send her PR certificate, and then proof that she was exercising treaty rights after that, for example from 2013 until now.

Re: EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

Hi Hubba,

I'm going to meet my solitor now to collect my mom's passport and then I'll ask her what she thinks.
It's just that I saw some threads here about dependents over 21 and people were saying negative things. But hopefully everything will be alright in the end. Thanks a lot for your help.

Re: EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

Hi Hubba,

We both applied using the same form, My mom was the main applicant and me the dependent, and we received two separate COA letters. Do you think that I am being 25 years old will negatively affect my application??? I am so worried now :(
