Please do clarify it as it was specifically asked for.
It was among the document list but not under the "Mandatory document" list. I have clarified it on the cover letter anyway as I thought I should.

Thanks for your answer.

Re: Financial Requirement

So I am about to finish the cover letter, would it be important to add that the past two years Council Tax bills have been issued only in the name of my partner as I am a full time student?

Thanks.

Documents for IRL

I'm sorry I think I will be forever asking questions  Checklist asks for "Evidence of council tax costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live or will live" So we have all the Council tax bills, I'll be sending for the last 3 years, but the Last two years Council tax bills is...

Re: Financial Requirement

Thanks God I got the employer to correct the letter and send me a new one by email. This will be alright isn't it?

Now scanning and uploading the documents, I'm aware I have to scan all pages of applicant's passports, do I also have to scan all pages of sponsor's passport?

Thanks

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I myself have been looking for an appointment. At 1AM BST, they release 28th-day future slots. Cancellations happen throughout the date but rare. There is no trick other than keep checking every few hours and try your luck. I found one in 3 days and it was gone before I could book it [in less than ...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

You must book an appointment now. IDV is the past. Also, the best approach is to wait 1-2 days and monitor the booking system constantly throughout the day especially at 12 midnight GMT or 1am BST. Try different postcodes and locations. There are cancellations and you may end up finding an earlier ...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi all, We have just submitted an application for SET (M) online and apparently the next step is to book a Biometrics appointment. The nearest date we can find is for 17th November. Is there a best time to book, where new dates/times become available? Are all the appointments paid for? I've read her...

Re: Financial Requirement

I have also just realised that the annual income on the employers letter and my actual annual income submitted in the application do not match. The difference is not much about 500 pounds, I think it might be due to annual increases due in April, but I’m still earning the 80% furlough amount based o...

Re: Financial Requirement

My partner has passed the LITUK test and we are submitting the application now. If we are to write a cover letter, do we attach it to the main application or do I submit it later with the other documents?

Re: ILR Set(O) - case worker asking for document

Can you please help me with 2 questions: - What is SELT URN No? On my B1 Life skills certificate I have UKVI Number, but no where it mentions SELT or URN. It’s the Unique Electronic Reference Number, it can be either found on your results email or on the certificate itself on the bottom left hand-s...

Re: Financial Requirement

Thank you Seagul for the replies!! I was reading through the guidelines again and as it mentions “If your salary has reduced because you’re furloughed, we will take account of your income as though you’re earning 100% of your salary.” I will then leave aside the other payslips prior to March, but I ...

Re: Financial Requirement

That temporary concession over loss of income was in place from March - August and there hasn't yet been any practical experience be shared, therefore, nothing can be said for sure unless by trying yourself & see in eleventh hour. I have been on furlough since April, so my income from April to ...

Re: Financial Requirement

So, we are putting the paperwork together to make an application as soon as possible. About the payslips, I read somewhere that if your income has been affected by the covid-19 situation you should send the 6 payslips prior to lockdown, so prior to March/April, should I do that? send my payslips fro...

Re: Financial Requirement

Make sure to read and comply with the guidance as the second chance of submitting the deficient documents is not always granted. Should I send only my financial paperwork then? It will be pretty much the same paper work I’ve sent since the first application, as it’s still same employer, income etc....

Only the tax free maintenance grant component of the SFE disbursement can be used for that purpose.
Does it include the “Adult Dependant’s Grant” ?

Re: Financial Requirement

So the confirmation came today that I'm actually being made redundant. The problem is, we are applying for my spouse's ILR around the...

So, I had the first redundancy meeting, but changes are high that I’m going to be made redundant as they cannot find any other option to avoid that.
