Hi Shahjee Is marriage certificate a must for FLR M? Hi joanie, I would say that it is very important to have the marriage certificate, as being a married couple your whole case is based on it. Hi Siko, The advice that khan_81 has given you is spot on. Don't waste any time, just get on with it ASAP. As he say pay the full SET(LR) fee and than later on you can ask the Home Office for the return of the fee that you paid for your Tier 4, this is the safest possible option and you save money ...
