Hiya , I know rules has been changed after 6 April 2014 but still it is not clear as Frl(M) form does not say regarding 6th april changes except fee.. form says ....If you were granted leave to enter or remain as a partner following an application made before the 9th July 2012 you are not required ...

You said Set(lr) approved after 6th April. I applied for my set(lr) on 17th march and still waiting. I applied for my wife flr(m) on 4th April. In that case you have to use form Set LR not Set (O) Plus all your passports covering 10 years, life in the UK certificate original and English language which can be either a UK degree. Got My ILR approved on 20.05.2014 , they sent me docs back yesterday but missed the delivery, i have collected my passport and letter from royal mail this morning ... it was dispatched on 20.05.2014 I need to re-arrange the delivery with DX now, missed them too...

Hi K4, You are eligible to apply 28 days prior to completion of your 10 years from the date of your entry, so mind it, it's your entry stamp to UK that matters not the date you got the visa, so please don't confuse it. Hello again, To be honest this is just silly of HO. I am gonna apply for my wife's visa and if God forbid they refuse it then take it to the court and I am sure we will be able to get some help from the people who were given LR dependant visa. That is the only way I can think of unless someone else...

thanks shah jee will his case will be take longer for case worker to decide or it will be considered as "straight forward" or it will be referred to senior case worker. Hi Sajjadali, I would say should be dealt as normal, it might take a bit longer to decide than a normal straight forward...
