It is 28days for both party, as ur wife is out of Uk,

FTT Decision letter date 25th april 2017 , says appeal should b received no later than 14days after the written reasons of decison , so whats the deadline 8th may Or 9th may 2017 ??

Ur hearing decisions would be based on documents when u applied for extention mainly , However u can provide most recent documents, as additional , evidences/proofs that u still meet requirements etc If u dont want to includes recents docs in bundle, its good idea to take them in court with, so u ca...

your wife needs to do, ielts skill for life,, or if she has a professional degree in english
