Did you get any support from NASS?
Just fill in the questionaire and send any bills addressed to your ssister,also her proof of income (perhaps payslips). If you dont have any of these You can write in cover letter that since long time passed you don't have any supporting documents. Good luck

Your wife's application will be decided on its own, provided she meets all the requirements, it has no relation to your application and approval. what support documents did send to HO specially for the period 2004-2006(before relation)? Nothing for before 2006, Just cover letter explaining why. Thanks for answer. We will do that. We are worried of that time prior to when I arrived to the Uk as we have no NASS proofs only ceftificates from college ( and to study at college u had to have some sort of leave . He was on Temporary admission). Hopefully HO will not look at more than 10 years bac...

Our children were born here. 6 and 4 y old. I hold PR for 1 and half year now.

So If one of us get refused does it mean our children will not be registered as BC?

3 weeks ago our family made two AN applications and two MN1 ones. 3 EEA passport holders and non EEA family member. I can see now from other members that EU passport is not sufficient to poof 5 years residency. Yet NCS worker didnt take any of our documents prooving that we resided here. In his view...

When we applied 2 weeks ago( PR route ) NCS guy didn't take my husbands( non EU) tax return to copy. He said we dont need to include it in application. Now I am worried.

Thanks for the answers. We submited appication today and as we dont yet have B1 certificate we only provided Unique number. Guy from NCS didn't know if thats sufficient and he phoned HO who said that it is fine. The HO guy then checked my Unique number and said that nothing comes up . So we phoned T...

How caseworker deal with application

Dear members
Does anybody know when caseworker checks documents like the B1 language unique number? Is it straight after HO receives application? Or does it go trough payment process first and then passed onto caseworker?
