I can add one more approval to the statistic for March 2015 applicants. Backlogs are being dealt with.was approved on the 1st July.

Applied on 10th of Feb, No news yet. Applied on 09 February and still waiting.... My friend applied on 26 February (with no straightforward immigration history) and received approval last week.
