I sent my application in beginning of June, i got the confirmation letter on 15/06/2015 e biometric on 29/06/2015, i i went in post office to have the biometric done on 09/07/2015, i got coa letter date 15/07/2015 and tody i got my documents back with the letter date...

In 2010 I had the same problem like u have now, but my mum was very ill.
i had applied for her visa on our country, however, was refused. i brought my mum here as a visiter and then i applied for her visa, 3 months later the HO granted her 5 years visa.
