Hi I had heard that there is new law you can travel to uk with ur spouse without EEA family permit all you need is keep every documents with you like profe of exercising treaty rights and marriage certificate and then u can get A1 stamp from immigration officer at the airport. Or other ways is this ...

No I didn't apply for EEA permit.me and my wife both travel to belfast as there is no border between ireland and uk and then fly from belfast city airport to Manchester. And then after 2 days I submit my EEA2 application
