As you already got 3 years on Tier 2 before, so you will be getting extension for 2 years.

I have done my Tier 2 ICT extension (Priority Postal route) last year and I was also in similar situation as that of you. Answer is NO, it wont affect you , as you are extending your current Tier 2 visa, you will not be affected by new min salary restrictions. You should be fine and your extension w...

I am not a moderator, but my understanding is as follows wrt KOLL. a) If your test is still valid and it satisfy CEFR grade for ILR requirement for english language, then you can show the same test results to satisy KOLL requirement. See if its still equivalent to CEFR grades as per UKBA standards....
