It is arguable that you have automatic gain permanent resident status at the same time of your parents, did your parents applied for the resident card ? I believe that she can apply under EEA family member providing that her parents have been exercised Treaty rights but experts can tell you this better.

When you say your relatives do you mean your parents?
Are you under 21?
Because if you are I believe that can apply under EEA direct family member, but experts can tell you better.

Thanks for your replay and yes I've read the post, but still don't know if that needs to be declared our not. My points are I went to my local CAB few weeks back they told me no need to declare asked at politice station they told me its not recorded on NCR so don't need it to disclose this, but here...

Hi again yes she has child benefit dated from February as well as tax credits from March and as I said doctor card and DWP letter for insurance number from February . My question is should I put in the form that she is in UK since December 2008 our February 2009 ? Thanks
