Re: Eligibility for ILR-Came to UK in March 2010

Long story short, based on the information provided your ILR clock was reset each time you acquired a new Leave to Enter, last reset being March 2015. You have only accumulated time towards continuous residence from 21st March 2015.

Re: Dealing with Delay in processing time

I have a similar timeline just a week ahead whilst I am awaiting a decision on my daughter's Tier 2 dependent visa application. I was expecting this would arrive latest by early Oct but no news yet. I was expecting it would be a simple process. :(

Re: Newborn travelling to home country without UK visa

Hi all, Apologies if this has already been answered but I couldn't find any relevant post in the forum. We are currently staying in the UK on a Tier-2 General visa which is valid until 2018. My wife and our 3 months old baby have to travel to their home country urgently. Baby has got the non-Britis...

Re: Tier 2 Dep to Tier 2 General

Sorry but I think you would run into an Overstay situation. The RLMT requires advertising a position for a minimum of 28 days and then a restricted CoS might take time too. (next allocation is probably 10th Oct) Considering that your RLMT even if it starts today, you might barely make it to Nov allo...

Re: Tier 2 General - Break in Employment

Did you ever receive a curtailment notice during the period of your leave in last 5 years ? If not and based on the fact that you were granted leave on correcting the SOC,you do not seem to have come up as an overstayer ( taking into consideration the two refusals) you should fulfill the condition ...

1. Not possible to switch from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General without serving a 1 year cool-off unless you have a job that pays more than 150k 2. I believe the candidate is on a Short Term ICT when you mention 1-year visa. This is allowed to be switched to a Long Term Tier 2 ICT but only with the sam...

Re: UK Tier 2 General Visa Re-Apply | Pls help with my conce

Sorry to be nosy but are you saying, you are applying a Tier 2 visa application for the same job with an increased salary to meet the threshold. If your CoS was subject to RLMT, would an increase in salary not require another RLMT for the new salary offered for the job. If it's an unrestricted CoS ...

The purpose of the checklist is to specify what documents are required in addition to the application form. I am guessing your CoS covers you for maintenance.

My question: 1. I will be extending in April. So how many year/years can I extend? 2. Will I be Eligible for ILR (keeping £35,000 pay threshold aside for now )? 1. You should be able to extend till may 2019 considering your initial leave was granted in May 2013 ( added 6 years to it) 2. You will ha...
