Re: URGENT ADVICE_Employer change under ICT long term staff

The ICT leave is tied to the employer. Once you have resigned, your leave is invalid. In your case, the original leave that you state was valid till Mid 2017 is no longer valid. You will need to serve a 12 month cool off and then be eligible for Tier 2 to start afresh. If someone who came to UK aft...

Can you confirm the Printed Application Form with Part I and II should have signature of both parents in Part II. I think they are only required in the uploaded document and Part II signatures have to be done in front of the Consular officer by the person whose name appears in Part II declarations.

Re: Limit to number of Tier 2 visas one can have?

Well from the dates given , it seems your solicitor is right. Since you switched into Tier 2 in 2013,you should have upto 5 years before either applying for an ILR or serving a 12 month cool off. Any reasons why would you not consider ILR unless you do not meet the eligibility requirements.

You will have to afford more information for an accurate response. Tier 2 is a generic work visa class with categories. You would need to clarify the dates of your previous leaves and their categories.

The CoS start date can be ammended through SMS. Also remember, the CoS has to be used within 3 months of issue. I don't think this should be too much of an issue.
