yes , i got reply from DOJ after 2 weeks of sending them Registered letter, they said dur to some reasons there was some delay in Deciding Eu treaty rights apps and they will decide on my application soon.

DOJ send letters only on Tuesday and Thursday .

Hi all , someone told me yesterday that INIS only dispatch all letters on Tuesday and Thursday, so we should always expect letters on Wednesdays and Fridays if we are waiting for letters, is that true according to members experience? seems very unrealistic.

thanks, my application has been submitted already and i got acknowledgement latter from them as after 1 month of sending the application, my concern is that it would be 6 months on 14th on this month and i didn,t hear anything from them.have any one experience something like this?

Thanks , just one thing more please , after retention when you applied permanent residence using EU form 3 , did your ex EU spouse had to sign the Eu form 3 as it stated on the form ? and did you fill in all details of ex EU spouse in section 2 and section 3 on the form or you just left them blank ?...
