Hello again Further to the discussion above, my reason for absence from June 2009 to Nov 2009 has no compelling reasons and I was working in India during this period. I only had to stay back because I was waiting for my company to make a decision on whether they can give me a role in their UK branch...

Please correct my understanding. Since I have entered within 90 days of EC, and never been more than180 days in total out of the coutnry in any 12 consequtive months, I should have no problems?
