Re: Status Update- After Appeal Allowed

Hi Lexo,
Congrat Lexo, you now have your freedom it is now party time.

Pls. Can you share to the house when your appeal was allowed and the key roles your MP played to facilitate the processing?

I will be happy if you can share your story to help other house members.

Thanks

Re: Status Update- After Appeal Allowed

Hello shashin,
You can contact your MP for help. The HO is duty bound to reply to yr MP'S query, this facilitate the processing of your application.
Did you initially apply for flro or Tier 1?

Re: Appeal allowed but HO appeal against the decison.

I am also on the same page with u.My appeal was allowed in January and HO appealed against the decision in February which was refused by FTT. Since then, I've not heard anything from them . The most annoying thing is I waited for more than one year before my application was initially refused. Why is...

Re: 10 years long residence applications

Please, I will be happy if any forum members can clarify the 28 days required to make any postal applications. Is this 28 working days(without weekend) or 28 days including weekend?
