Looks like there is consensus on this issue amongst the members who have applied for their dependents that any ways the applications will be on hold till the main applicant is decided, so it doesn't makes any difference delaying t...

I applied for my wife's FLR(M) on 4th. We received acknowledgement and bio invitation today.

We have also received English test certificate. Can someone please tell me where should we send the certificate, the address on FLR(M) form or the one on acknowledgment letter.

Well as I said earlier HO has published changes to part 8 and 284 (c) is related to PBS Dependents... I left 7A blank and went straight to 7B.
