Re: IHS top up request

I was asked to pay top-up for two of my dependants application, I was sent an email and I used the link in the email and have paid, still waiting for a decision. But this is silly, I made the applications by online and made the IHS payment as a part of application, it only asked me to pay £100 inste...

Re: NHS Surcharge

Hi Cr001

It only asked about main applicant visa route and Date of Birth.

It also asked for dependent visa expiry date, visa route and Date of Birth.

It did not ask for expiry of main applicant.

Thanks

Re: Self Employment income?

Hi Argus

So the HO will take Taxable Profit as your earnings? That means according to the filings I am less then the threshold. But if they take Net Profit (turnover-Expenses-payouts) I am above 35K+.

Seems I am confused and I don't know what to do.

Re: Self Employment income?

Hi

This is what confuses me, accountant has shown Net Profit as 14, 301 but he took out tax allowances for vehicles and equipment (capital allowances) and then shown as taxable profits on 10,536.

I am not sure what HM takes as your income? Help pls

Do you get car cash allowance or the car. As far as I know if you get car cash allowance you can show it as your earnings but not when you get a car.

You will be questioned about the amount, for what it is being paid? unless your company lies and explains that its backpay or bonus you will not have a chance.
