Re: ILR Application Query - Deadline & Documents

The only issue regarding the housing is that I own the house jointly with my parents and although my name is on the mortgage deeds it's my parents who pay the council tax and I cover the other bills so I won't have such a letter. So am I correct in thinking that I would need to provide the mortgage ...

Thanks so much for getting back to me! I'm so glad it all went well but am a bit worried by the length of time you had to wait?? It is showing now that the average time is 15 days? Re: Applied using 2 jobs - What are the terms?

Congrats to you,but I'll point out the fact that it's always better to keep things simple. You could have been refused,if an impatient eco had dealt with your application or they got confused. There's no point using 2 jobs if one meets the criteria. So it's better to advise people to keep it simple...

Just a quick update! My wife got her visa today! SOOO HAPPY!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D This goes to show that as long as the criteria has been met, using at least one method, if the 2nd bit of evidence fails, as long as there is sufficient evidence, it will be OK. Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

3 days ago had visa refused. Reasons: 1. salary falling below £18,600. But the ECO has made a mistake in calculating the wages so will appeal against this. 2. employment letter for 2nd job does not state my gross annual salary. The reason my employer did not put this is because i am paid hourly whi...
