Re: Which category of leave are you applying for ??? **URGEN

It worked fine for me.And no issues at all. I believe HO focuses on the payment amount.
Right or wrong Selection here hardly matters .

This question should be changed to "From Which category of leave are you applying for ???"

will leave no scope for any confusion

Re: Which category of leave are you applying for?

My Visa Category was Tier 2 (ICT)
and I opted for Tier 2 category .And got my ILR approved last month.. So no need to worry about your selection "Tier 1" General is correct.
Kindly focus on your main application.

Yes , You need to have a letter from employer stating about your leaves & that should also say these leaves were fully paid.

Re: ILR Success at Croydon (17/11/2014)

Printouts of Online Bank Statements & Payslips have to be attested.

And if you have got soft copies Employer reference letter & absence letter, Print Outs of these documents also need to be attested.

Make sure you get coloured printouts.

Re: ILR - Away from UK for more than a year and gap of 185 d

I am afraid but no. If you will come to UK , you need to have new visa processed . So automatically all your past Visa or permit stampings will get nullified .
One qs.. Why did not you try to get ILR in Feb ,2013 when you already completed 5 yrs in UK ???
