That is more than enough for experienced applicants. The minimum is salary requirement for code 2136 is £29600.

You don't need to show maintenance as you are already on Tier 2 general category.

You can include a covering letter and letter from your company confirming your employment and sponsorship details. I don't think you need anything else.
