Hi All, I have got my ILR application PEO appointment on 29th July 2016 and I have a small query. Re: Missing salary slip for ILR

As per the guidance you need to show only the latest payslip and bank statement. I have seen many posts in the forum that Tier 2 applicants got ILR with 1 month/3 months payslip and statements.

She can probably apply 28 days before 01/11/2017 if there is no change in rules at that time. Did you get ILR?

Thanks in advance

As per the guidance, you need to submit only the latest payslip and bank statement for Tier 2 to ILR. You need to earn minimum 35k at the time of application.

Hi All,

I will be applying for ILR from Tier 2 General soon. Most topics in this forum are from Tier 1 regarding rejections due to tax and other issues. Anyone had their ILR application rejected from Tier 2(5 year route) in the recent past ?

Please share your thoughts.

Thanks in advance

Re: ILR Employer letter date (urgent)

I couldn't find anywhere in the guidance or form about the dates. I usually ask my employer to give me letters with a date within a week(don't think it is a requirement) of visa application date. Since you said they announced redundancies what are the chances of getting the letter confirming employm...
