My husbands refusal doesnt make sense. So I am a bit confused. The two refusals dont make sense.

First refusal I dont earn £153 and the second refusal I informed the landlord of a short term lease because of my 12 month old son and me and my husband.

I saw pakistani individuals and eastern european women getting involved with marriage of convienience inside a takeaway in Dublin. Am not saying your marriage is a sham but it happens a lot

Now the government thinks there is too much sham marriages. Even in England they are extremely strict, they have a rule deport first and appeal later.

I have seen sham marriages being organised infront of my eyes in takeaways its shocking. Needs to stop

To them its not common a pakistani guy from Pakistan marries a white british woman, if she was pakistani they wont ask no questions and issue the visa. You need to convince them both of you, or you will be stuck in a rut

You can get a re-entry visa thats if u dont get the eea family permit (hopefully u will) with an eea family permit u can enter ireland and england as many times you want

Its a bit confusing, they gve you the visa and sent you the acknowledgement letter and now they are refusing to give the stamp 4.

Did you know under eu law they can revoke your visa if they suspect marriage of convienience

I knw what you mean, yr case is strong you will get it hopefully dont stress. She can still travel with the plane i did when i was 8 months pregnant went morocco.

I think they suspect its a marriage of convenience thats why they did not issue with a stamp 4.

One more thing is your wife Pakistani?

Thats not right at all they should give you a temporary stamp 4, go to burgh quay and tell yr wife to explain everything, they hve no right they have to give it.
