Hi

I just read on the gov.uk website the £153 income threshold does not apply to me as I am a British citizen but too an EEA migrant already in the UK.

The officers need a further course and training in issuing permits I can do a better job than them. Lol

Hi

Yes it will you need to work in republic of Ireland for at least 5 years.Until your spouse gets permanent residency. Northern Ireland is part of the UK so it wont count

Its a bit strange seen as your American and 5 weeks and no reply, my husband is from Morocco he got his letter within 3 weeks. Email eu treaty rights am sure they will give you an update because I did that.

You either have to commit together to do this route 100% and not leave and come back, or she can finish her studies and start the process after January, as you can save money for accommodation, transport etc its quite expensive here in Dublin.

Hi

You have to decide whats important for you taking her exams at the end of January or starting the whole visa process which is stressful and could take months believe me I have done this route.

You wont have a right to work until you get permission, you need to obtain the stamp 4.

He applied in december got the visa in january 2015
We are in still in dublin waiting for the eea family permit and stamp4eu card.

Thats not true it wont tke 10 weeks. I helped my husband apply from the UK and he filled it in Morocco and the process was quite quick. He went to the embassy in capital rabat and gave all the required documents. They shouldnt tke yr previous immigration history and judge it from that. You are apply...

Contact solvit straightaway it should be issued within 4 weeks. Thats crazy, my husbands was issued within 3 weeks

Its accompany spouse visa not EU1 application. Fsa contact solvit thats ridiculous, you should receive it within 4 weeks
