She can apply when she has BRP. Doesn't matter which way you got to BC, as long as you're British, she can apply on 3 year basis (and with no waiting period after ILR).

Hi,

My previous visa was valid till May 20 and now I got my ILR so wondering if my wife will apply for ILR depended visa in May 20 and not change just now.

Is it acceptable by UKVI or she needs to apply just now?

one more point is you can fill the form in advance and pay the fees but you need to go for BRP when you qualify for ILR or visa.

Example:submit form on 9 years 10 months and taken date for BRP after 9 years and 11 months

The date of application is the date you pay and submit your application online. Biometrics date is irrelevant. You can only get a bio date after you pay and submit. So make sure you only pay and submit when you qualify.

One of my employee left job after my extension.That employee did 5 months after my extension and 18 months before extension.(I claimed point in extension)

My question is can I hire again same person to finish 12 months?
