This is the requirement of ILR based on Tier 2 that there should be no more than 60 days gap in between two employments in the last two years. when she receives a letter - will it be 60 days on top from the date of the l...
Hi, This is normal. Curtailment letters are usually received after many months. Hopefully she will get a new job before the curtailment letter is received. The only problem she will face will be in ILR in which employment gap of more than 60 days is not allowed. She is checking regularly with her cu...
Can i apply before 6 april(before the new rules apply)? Yes, you can apply before 6th April, the 3 months rule is that the job start date cannot be more than 3 months from the COS issue date. So, you can apply for extension anytime. But you will need to make sure your Salary is paid on experienced ...
Normally, dependent visa is only refused when main applicant visa is refused. I don't see any point when his visa is refused when you are granted the visa.
Even if it happens he will have 14 days to re apply within UK by correcting the errors in last application.
Is it wise to make an extension application now with current employer just by myself without dependant using premium service and re-apply again with new employer on 17th march along with dependants to play safe? Please suggest me best option. Wise would be to apply for extension with your current e...
Also how about my dependant ? Can he continue to work ? Dependant can continue working while visa is in process. So in my case i would have to extend my visa with current employer soon and reapply again with new employer by end of march so that i can serve my notice period until i get my new visa w...
the employer will need a new CoS, and they are exempt from doing a resident labour market test. Yes, they are exempt I have been on this Tier 2General Migrant visa since Sept 2014. Hi, If they assign COS with 28,000 before 6th of April and I apply for the visa after 6th of April then that would be an issue as well for salary. am I right? I am not sure on this, wait for seniors to respond. Actually, no clear instructions have been issued by UKVI on this. All I know that they sa...
they will conduct interviews as well but not mine. If they find another suitable settled candidate during this interview, then they should offer the job to that candidate. Also, I believe they should be interviewing you again with other candidates on order to have a fair RLMT. Pre-selection is not ...
In my honest opinion, you are risking your 5 years studies going in vein because of this. The chances for successful application is almost zero as CR001 said. You will also need to wait until they decide the application which could be months and months and meanwhile you will not be able to apply for...
Hi, I am not extremely sure and seniors will be able correct me if I am wrong but I think you might qualify for Domestic Violence visa as you have been betrayed by your partner and have been victim of mental abuse by your British partner. I don't know what evidences are required to follow this route...
1) You only need to maintain the threshold for ILR at the time of ILR application. Even if you meet the threshold even a month before ILR application you should be fine.
2) Bonus can qualify towards ILR if they are guaranteed bonuses. Ad hoc bonuses do not count towards ILR pay threshold.
Hi, They can give bonus. It does not matter if it was mentioned in the COS or not. The point to remember, if the 10% bonus is for all staff then they do not need to inform UKVI through SMS system but if it is specifically for you on your performance basis then they will need to report about this bon...
