I Dont see much of hope among the people on this forum and why it would be and for obvious reason.
Has anyone asked any solicitor or UKBA itself that we can for early extension or it is just an understanding by looking at the documents that we can go for early extensions.
Cant we take them to court for the reason that this rule was not there when we made initial application and as per rule at that time you can have 2nd and 3rd extensions
