Proof of Identity - LIUK Test

Appreciate guidance please ... I used my BRP (tier2) as identity for my LIUK test. When I applied for my ILR, I had to hand in the BRP (Tier 2) and now have ILR - BRP. What do I supply as proof of my LIUK test? I do have the original test cert - would that suffice? Any experience ... Thanks,

Help - Last year residence period

All, Been in country since 2008 - got my ILR ( through WP) in 2013. I work for an UK company, paying tax, living with my family, owning property in the UK.
