I have been working for this visa from a long time. Are you changing frm student to tier 1?

I should also add, does your brother have five years' experience as a senior level chef? Getting sponsored as a chef is tough nowadays. There is a high minimum salary, £28k as far as I remember, it has to be a senior role, the restaurant has to be a top quality one cooking from scratch! no takeaway...

@ blossommum, the most important qualification certificate you need is that of your master's programme since its from a UK university.
