We finally received our ILR grant.

the date can be few days (not before 4 weeks of appointment date)

I can confirm that what CR001 has said below is correct.
this is something that is stamped by indian high commission on the passport.

just to add to above,

we plan to be only out of UK during the maternity for about 3- 4(max) months so as to not come near 180 day absence period.
