Re: How long EU form 5 decision take ?

Sorry Ayush2014,

The reply I posted was meant for someone who had asked a question on another thread. The EU3 application took three months, almost three months before my Stamp 4 EUFam card was due to expire. Actually, it only expired a few days ago.

Re: How long EU form 5 decision take ?

Just two weeks ago I was writing about getting permanent residence status in a short time, now it is approval for citizenship. I think the citizenship approval time has shortened tremendously. I got my approval in less than 13 weeks. This is just a week after I got permanent residence approval; as ...

Re: Next Citizenship Ceremony June 30, 2014

I think you will also need to send your present travel document(passport) together with the irish passport application. Thanks for that. I will submit the application in person at the Dublin office right after the ceremony to discuss this issue. It is possible that they could take a certified copy ...

Re: Next Citizenship Ceremony June 30, 2014

Hi guys, I need some advice. I am due to travel to Spain a week (12-20 July) after the 4 July ceremony, meaning I will not be in possession of an Irish passport by then. By virtue of my wife being Spanish and having exercised her EU Treaty Rights in Ireland, I have not applied for a visa to Spain in...

Re: Next Citizenship Ceremony next on 31 march 2014 in Dubli

I applied on January 17 and got approved on April 23 2014. I did not have to submit any additional documents which typically delay the decision on approval/rejection. I am now waiting for an invitation letter for the next ceremony.

I think the citizenship approval time has shortened tremendously. I got my approval in less than 13 weeks. Re: How long EU form 3 decision take ?

Wow, I can see it is a tedious process getting the Permanent Residence. I must have been lucky as I got my EU3 approval exactly 12 weeks after application. Lucky but not easy as I did not have any utility bill in both names of applicant and spouse and had to submit a truckload of other documents to ...
