Hi Jambo, P60s are for my EEA national wife. All P60's are from my wife's employer not our company. With regards to how much it was is irrelevant, however she has been working full time 40 hr weeks. I wrote to the case worker directly and listed what they already have with additional payslips for the period in question. I also sent another letter to the managers in that department, pointing out the facts.

Will be waiting to hear from them.

The most troubling thing is that the case worker still questioned if we were in the UK during the period which fully covers by P60's, utility bill statements etc. I can understand if the above were overlooked, however this periods in question also are fully cove...

No gaps in employment what so ever from 2008 to March 2014.

We are also company directors and this parallel to being employed full time. The qualification period we requested was November 2008 to November 2013, 5 years of our marriage.
