you should send the IELTs result if it is still valid because normally it is valid for two years and you have done this in 2012. If you send this IELTS then it will give good impression and possibly no raid to your address.

I wont suggest to transfer this funds to someone who is not in UK and if money stuck due to any reason then it will be big mess to withdraw all sum from Barclays. You do not need Letters if money is lying in ur UK Bank Account. You need bank statement. If money is in 3rd party's account (in UK bank account), you need 3rd party letters.
