Well if you divorce, you may be able to retain your right of residence, or of you have a viable business in the UK, you may be able to apply under a provision under the Point Based system, but undertaking business activities in the UK with a visitors visa is not something i believe is permissible. ...

Can someone with a EEA RC and owns a limited company in the UK switch to any other visa even visitor visa to manage the business here?
