Re: Child first British passport after parent's successful naturalisation application

Yes . Thank you obormot for pointing out the issue, thanks Vinny for sharing links to similar sort of issues in the past. I was reading through those and situation can get little tricky if the child ever need to prove her BC in future. I'm worried now. Is there a way to keep the ILR BRP following t...

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

Hi all, I have applied for my wife and daughter on 6th July and submitted the documents a week after on UKVCAS. I can see quite a few who applied later in July have already started receding mails for appointment booking. I have not received anything neither for appointment booking nor for reuse of ...

Thank you for your prompt response.

I will send my passport and brp card. Should I enclose a letter explaining not being able to provide grandparents documents?

Re: ILR and status of PBS spouse before FLR (M)

I think more wiser strategy is to get ILR based on long residence in your situation otherwise you both will need to wait until 2021 and by that time a lot of rules & fees might have been changed. By this strategy at least one of you will get ILR now. True, thank you seagal. If I go for paper ap...

Re: ILR and status of PBS spouse before FLR (M)

Let your wife apply for ILR based on five years as a PBS dependent and then once she gets that, you can apply for ILR based on Long Residence or PBS T2. No. She cannot apply for ILR based on five years as a PBS dependent before you are granted ILR under PBS! 319E(c) fails. Dear Vinny, Understood. I...

Re: ILR and status of PBS spouse before FLR (M)

What is the status of my wife between the approval of my ILR and lodging the FLR (M) application? Her previous visa is valid until its expiry date. You should file an FLR(M) before then. Should it affect the immigration status of my wife? Should her T2(G) dependant status continues until Feb-19? No...

I thought premier service booking will be seamless in this process. Similar dificulty in booking persist as part of the online booking...

Hi, You must have filed self assessment as the director of your company. What earnings you have showed in SA? That should be your 2016/17 earnings. As April 2018 has now been passed you can submit 2017/18 SA return showing your earnings. Since April 2018 if you have taken any interim divided, that w...

Re: Premium Service appointment booking issue for ILR (LR)

I have been trying for last two weeks, no luck yet. This 1/2 min right after 00:00 doesn't seem to be working. Its a joke, even if choose the time slot and try to save & continue, nothing happens. Again it takes me to 'no appointments in next 45 days'. Utterly frustrated.

Hi all, I'm planning to apply for ILR soon at a Premium Centre through Tier 2 General. I was wondering if you receive the BRP card on the same day as well or do they more likely to post it to your address? I was planning to travel abroad the next day however it all depends on the BRP obviously. Man...

Hi,

Expiry date on BRP card should be considered as your visa end date. HO gives 14 extra days from the COS end date.

Thanks.
