in your answer to mr raja first Q re extension application 5 or 6 months before mr raja current leave expired, my understanding is that applicant can apply at earliest before 28 days of the expiry of current leave. so how come one can apply 5 or 6 months before??

CoS & SOC

i got tier2 general visa in june 2012 under old SOC valid upto 13 june 2012.
my SOC was 3537.
now my employer need to assign me new CoS.
So my question is does my employer need to stated the same SOC that is 3537 in new CoS? is that okay.
my leave will expire on 27 june 2015.
please advise. thank you.
