Re: SS route help

Yeah it still seems vague if its better to drive across the border or try and convince airline staff to let us go that way! Do you know where I could find answers to these questions- How long is the minimum period to prove the COL test? it seems some people have posted 3 months is too short, is 6 mo...

Re: EEA1 form related questions

@Sheraz7, just out of curiosity do you cherry pick topics to reply to or is it just which title appeals? I found help elsewhere but it seems there is kind of priority of certain topic titles and users. I understand its a free forum but if I had the knowledge I would certainly try and spread informat...

Re: Bank statements / Foreign property deeds

Hello, thanks again for the tips. Really helpful! I have been paid this week, first months pay but my boss has made a mistake and paid me 16 days at 18,000 per year. My boss has said he can provide any documents including a letter stating a pay rise plus my other employer documents required for this...

Re: Bank statements / Foreign property deeds

Thank you that is very sound advice and we didn't consider any of those points until now. I have contacted the lawyers we used in Spain and hopefully we can find a cheap way to translate and get certified. My employer is going to make my documents next week but my bosses run two companies. I asked t...

Re: Income requirement for flr m

Apologies, tiredness is to blame. I meant that in the last 12 months I have earnt over 18,600 but in the last three months I have been out of work and starting a new job next week. I have read that to meet part 1 of Cat B, they calculate the last 6 months in part 1 and in part 2 the entire last 12 m...

Re: Income requirement for flr m

Hey Obie,

if part 1 of Cat B is not met, calculating the last 6 months, x 12 is around 15,000 but over the last 12 months its 19,300 so is part 2 of Cat B sufficient to use this option?

Thanks

Temporary contract vs Permanent

I have been offered a temporary contract with it changing to permanent in two months. If i make a spouse visa application using Cat B will this temporary contract suffice?
