isn't it unfair to reject an application that has already given permission based on previous status of the college and now may be poor or what ever the reason which student has no control over it. Isn't this is very strong point to argue in case the visa been rejected based on just this ground. I'm ...

this is not initial application for PSW but transitional arrangment for IGS. as far as I know LIC is legitimate college and it's under the HO list of colleges. any comments welcome

IGS Extension

Just out of curiosity, I’m on IGS until June and planning to extend my visa for PSW. I have a PG Diploma and I’ve heard rumors that PG Diploma won’t be acceptable anymore for PSW. Is there anyone who can comment on this? greatly appreciate any comment.

I really don't think you would get any points for Graduate Diploma for HSMP. it should be Degree Level qualification(BSc,MSc,PhD,etc..)

Got my IGS and am over the moon now. ECO was asking so many questions regarding the change of the college. But it wasn't big a deal after all

that's encouraging. But changing the college is entirely due to irregularities and frequent termination of classes. the point is now the college has been removed from the accreditation list and this proves the college is not genuine. this is the situation so far. I have get my visa extended last year April for MSC in Computer studies in a college and after couple weeks I left the college due to the fact college postpone classes constantly. Then in June I enrolled with a different college to do a Post Graduate Diploma in Business...

does this means if a college just listed under DIUS not in any other bodies, issued a postgraduate diploma it's not valid to apply for IGS?

being a BCS learning provider qualify to issue such certificates?
