Tricky Question regarding FLR (M) Appointment Date

I am preparing to apply for my wife's FLR (M) Application and have booked an appointment for 13th January 2017. I've read a lot of talk about needing to apply within 28 days of expiry and not before. My understanding is that as its a 33 month visa it should be OK to apply slightly earlier also. Plea...

With regards to her English language - will the english certificate she obtained from Pakistan during her spouse visa application suffice? ...

Re: quck question

Thanks,

Are there any rules about how long she can leave the UK for? or how many days she needs to have lived in the UK to apply for the next stage, i.e ILR or Further leave to remain?

Thanks,

Re: Sponsor passport copies?

I applied in May and my wife got her visa in June. I only had my bio data page and a few travel stamped pages stamped by solicitor, not every single page. I sent in 20 photographs showing wedding ceremony and aftermath of ceremony. I sent a lot of communication evidence spanning the period that we w...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I used 12 months worth of bank statements and I must say in pretty much all of those months I would have had overdraft charges, as in I was withdrawing from my current account and then waiting to get paid for the money to go back in. Even though I still had savings to cover this it was just me bein...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Where do you need to show the polio certificate? at the pakistnai airport or on arrival in whichever country you're going to? Surely its a quick thing to get a certificate from the airport otherwise travellers may get delayed. A part from TB Certificcate, anything else that should be at hand to show...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I got this email that my app is delayed for further enquiries then the next day i got an email saying app ready for collection.

Sometimes the UKVI system takes some days to get updates so you may be further ahead then you're told. if that makes sense.

Re: Bank Statements vs Salary Slips

Not at all because a simple call to Royal Mail by the caseworker will clear this up as RM will confirm who pays the salaries and what should be shown on the bank statement, so nothing to worry about at all.
