Hi @manci My Sponsor believes he has got access to restricted COS by default(as it asks for "* Have you met the RLMT? "). He also said it doesn't specify restricted or unrestricted COS anywhere as this confuses him much more. Is there any clue to find out whether it is unrestricted COS or ...

@Lokez21 Assuming your job is not a shortage occupation the company wouldn't be able to assign a CoS to you without doing an RLMT first. At present you are an overstayer and not allowed to work. It would be best if you left the UK before the 28 days after the expiry of your visa are up otherwise an...
