Just wanted to share the information in case anyone el...

Re: Biometric Notification Letter Delays

Did you phone the UKBA and ask them for the letter? or did they sent it on their own? I have sent the application on 14th May and received the acknowledgement letter the following week. But I didn't receive the biometric notification letter as of yet. I sent them an email after one month passed and...

Re: 10 years long residence applications

Hi,

I have applied on 4th April 2014 ILR Set (O). I received Acknowledgement letter on 10th April. I am still waiting for Biometric Enrolment Invitation Letter.

Re: ILR Shortfall - Please enlighten

Hi,

Please read this pdf file.

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... eriods.pdf

You can apply 28 days before completion of five year period. No confusion its quite clear.

I hope this helps.

Re: ILR (Tier 1 Gen)

I think you have to complete a 5 year period from the date of entry in the UK. Have you changed category or tier during your stay Dec-2008.

Please read this guide I hope this helps.

Re: Tier1 General and ILR enquiry

You have valid visa till April 2016 and that completes your 5 year period as well therefore you do not need another visa. I am not sure that whether your tier 2 period would count in tier 1. Please seek further help for this matter. If I would be in your place I will simply apply for ILR when my Fiv...
