Home office will determine according to your living address.
As an example if you apply from leicester your tribunal will be at birmingham.
I am too same applied from leicester.

You need to callback the immigration contact which mentioned in the brp or papers sent from the immigration office.

Dont worry the case is in your side.
HO appeal hasnt accepted by the tribunal yes?

These type of rejections are not serious rejections just could be verified by clear point wise answers for each refusal points backed by strong evidences.
Do not re apply. Appealing is the best solution. It take time but success rate is very high.

Do not worry about translation procedures if you could identify which docs to be translated any country you will find official translators they will do the rest.
In Uk at Glucotershire there is a translators called Amanara. Very professional and very affordable price and well accepted by home office.

In this situation you got to plan and think what is The reason you need to stay in uk. if it is for educational reasons you got to prove with all supporting docs that you are in studies. if it is any other reasons you got to prove with solid grounds the reasons.
