Have we had any SET(M)s that went over 6 months? as I have a feeling my application might.
For me 6 months will be 22nd Dec but when back in July my employer did the right to work check, Home office told them that it has been extended till 23rd Jan 2021
Users mentioning on Twitter that they turned up for their appointment today at a couple of centres and no staff were at the service point, that is really sad due to corona closures? Don’t know exactly why, but the applicants should’ve been informed about it, some might’ve traveled a fair distance

That is why SET(M) are not prioritised. Victor7109 you would definitely win the shortest and best first post in this forum  We all introduced ourselves giving an idea of when and what we applied/are applying for. Is that all you want to say mate? @Ameline. Sorry if came in unannounced. I...
I feel like because I approached my MP, they are penalising me purposely, SET (M) 22nd June, nothing at all complex, earning over threshold, all documents complete, IDV 28th Aug and in-person 15th Sept. Really frustrated :?: You should save your play cards for the right time. You played it too earl...

My partner contacted UKVCAS on twitter and asked about the appointment. They replied with the info that the application has already been submitted via IDV and if personal appointment is attended, it will delay the application (due to duplicate records) and recommended cancelling the appointment. We...
If you’ve already made an appointment We have contacted you if you made an appointment to attend a UKVCAS or SSC that is still temporary closed to let you know it has been postponed. You’ll be contacted when you can book a new appointment . Your immigration status in the UK will not change as a res...
National lockdown from Wednesday expected, this will give UKVI another massive excuse to hide behind COVID-19 for their incompetence and poor management of day to day operations minus any accountability. I am amazed how these checks they do are super quick when you used to pay extra for a same day d...

Anyone knows what update Home Office usually provides to MPs in 20 working days once concerns are raised by them to Home Office? I am on 20th working day today since raising it with my MP. Thanks Hi debrancherenzym, in our case when we queried the status of an FLR (M) application after ~6 months, o...

@Ameline @Ajitu92 Please correct me if my observation is wrong. I believe applicants who went for dual submissions on/after 21st Sep seems not to have worked and MAYBE pushed back in queue as per the date of biometrics submitted in-person? As per UKVCAS: Doing this means that your case may take lon...
Thank you very much for your swift response. We will hold off writing to UKVI. Based on what you are seeing, do you have any idea what sort of timescales we might be looking at for ILR SET M ? @Ameline and @Ajitu92 are best placed to answer this. I have a whole dataset from this forum since the sta...
