Thanks for your reply,

The child is born after the date of naturalization. I got my citizenship through naturalization in 2016.

Re: Absences in the last 12 months before BC application

Hi CR001 Reading your response, i understood that it will affect the naturalisation application, if you don't take all 3 month in one go ? Please can you clarify ? Like if you take few weeks in and out by multiple trips but making sure its within 3 months limit in the past 12 months, does it still a...

Re: Travelling after ILR- limit out of uk ?

Thanks Suresh, that’s what I thought but still wanted to check here. Thanks Vinny- So it means even person who are on various visa such as Tier1, Tier 2 etc are considered as returning residents once they exit UK and re-enter? And I guess only the people on ILR have more flexibility i.e can stay out...

Re: Travelling after ILR- limit out of uk ?

Thanks t123456789... Also will I be classed as “Returning resident” every time I exit UK and re-enter? Or it is only applicable to people coming back after 2 years? I’m slightly confused here, whilst on Tier (1G) we were allowed to be out of UK for 6 months in each calendar year and there wasn’t any...

Travelling after ILR- limit out of uk ?

Hi there, I have recently received ILR few months ago. I have just travelled for a holiday back home for about 5 weeks. Re: ILR Set(O) - Please review my checklist

For main applicant, which PBS calculator have you used ? The same as Tier 1 extension ? And also is that to prove English language requirement ?

Thanks

Congrats for your ILR :)

Can i ask in the employer holiday letter, did they confirm the exact dates of travel or leave ? Or was it just total number days -annual leave entitlement ?

Cheers
Thanks

Re: ILR success at Solihull Peo on May 16

Many thanks mate,

I will request the letters and will keep just incase.

Your case was similar to time- WP(not tier 2)+ tier 1(g). Also from your list i can see you didn't submit any docs for Tier 2 ? And they haven't asked for it ? Were you with the same employer for all five years?

Cheers

Re: ILR success at Solihull Peo on May 16

Many congrats Sudeepss,

Can i ask, is employer letter for holidays must ?

Or is it only required when we exceed 180 days ?

I have been taking annual leave every year for about 30 days each, so do i needed to submit letters all from previous employers ?

Cheers
Thanks
