Hi Abs566,

For the EU1 application- it took around 1 month for INIS to return the documents and passports in our case. They have to process the EEA applications quickly.

my wife moved to Dublin to exercise free movement rights.she stays in a bed & breakfast until now she have`t had work or house till now,

I not understand that why your immigration history is affecting you since EU national and their family members are free from immigration control. If your eu national partner is exercising treaty rights and you have genuine relationship with her then a solid & proper representation can give you ...
